Responsibilities:

• Determine operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development and proposed solutions.

• Involve in new project development, manage the project to meet project milestones.

• Meeting deadlines on fast-paced deliverables.

• Problem solving with other team members in the project.

• Improve operations by conducting systems analysis; recommending changes in policies and procedures.

• Ensuring that written code falls in line with the project objectives.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issue on existing application.

• Integrate applications with network systems, servers and databases.

• Mentor junior software developer.

• Assisting other developers with troubleshooting, debugging, and coding.

• Collaborate with team to brainstorm.

• Stay on the leading edge of development practices.

• Passionate about great technologies, especially open source.

• Participating in group meetings to discuss projects and objectives.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent

• Evidence of continuing education, such as certifications, a plus.

• Required skills: Java, Android, kotlin, Struts, Spring, JSF, Hibernate, Junit, SVN and SQL database management.

• Knowledge in cross platform language e.g. flutter, react and nestjs, a plus.

• Knowledge in framework, SDKs, APIs and libraries, a plus.

• Strong Knowledge of Object-Oriented Design, web and apps user interface design.

• Domain knowledge in ERP development for Oil Palm Plantation, a plus.

• Experience with professional software engineering best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing and operations.
